There is a proper drinks list to go with the pizza: colourful house cocktails like the Mamma, limoncello for afterwards, and glass bottles of Coke with straws for the purists and the kids.

Soft, creamy and gone too quickly. It arrives on hand-painted Sicilian ceramics with flatbread for mopping up.
Not an afterthought. One table went gluten-free across the board, tried four, and ranked one among the best pizzas they had ever eaten.
